The Cute, Cute Buttars Family!

So there was this one day at work when Alexis asked me if I wanted to do her family's family pictures. And I said no. So then two weeks and lots of bugging later, I finally agreed! Haha, love ya Alexis ;) But seriously, I really don't usually like to do things like this because its not the kind of stuff that I want to do, or that I did in school, and I'm always a little skeptical of how they'll turn out. I just don't want people to be disappointed! But we had a lot of fun! It was a big family and we only spent about an hour, so I didn't get to do a ton of everyone, but I think for the time spent, we did a pretty ok job! Here they are! (For some reason they get not as cute when I post them to the blog... bummer. Or maybe that's just a disclaimer so that you think they're better than they really are ;) I guess you'll never know!)

Cute Bryant and Alexis... aww.

These 3 had too many cute ones to choose from!

They were just standing here all ready to go! I thought how they posed themselves was so cute. Just like they're saying, "here we are! we're ready!"

This is my boss and his cute little family. Those two girls were a crack up, and their little boy smiled in EVERY SINGLE PICTURE. He was like the best little boy picture taker I have ever seen!

These guys were so dang cute too!

The fam.

And these guys were so cute too! They were all just so cute!

Doesn't this just break your little heart?!

Blaine and Ramona

Thanks Buttars fam, for acting like you liked the photos! It will be interesting to see how this all develops! Brig really wants me to do it on the side (to bring in some extra cash of course, haha), but it would have to be for a VERY select few clients. I don't hate doing it, I just get nervous, and like I said before, it's not the kind of photography that I got a degree for. Don't like to disappoint! I'll be doing my Brother's family in November, so I guess we will see how it goes! Wish me luck!

  3. This show's that photography works miracles! Look how cute you made my family! Tara dear- I'm sorry for pestering you into submission. I'm sorry for making you go on a location scouting trip when we were "working". I'm sorry for making you deal with LOTS of people at once. I'm sorry you literally spent HOURS upon HOURS of editing. (Someone has to airbrush the pictures!) And finally I'm sorry for making you write copyright releases for us. Basically, you were overworked and under paid. But in all honesty: YOU DID AMAZING!!! Love ya! :)
