Yes, this post is about the 24th of July

I'm gettin' caught up no matter what it takes!
We had a really fun 24th weekend! To kick it off, we went camping up the canyon with some friends. It was me and Brig, Dustin, Heather and Kade, Dan and Danika and their kids, Jer and Chels and their baby, and Brienne and Clarke and their little girl. The kids were all pretty much angels! It was so much fun to get out and spend some time together!

Dustin and Heather brought the food, and it was very yummy! Not to mention all the tasty snacks we ate. Dan made a yummy dutch oven dessert too. The food was fabulous! Brienne and Clarke were in charge of breakfast and it really hit the spot! That's the one thing I love about camping, is getting up and having a nice warm breakfast.

Poor Kade was a little bit sick. He was still such a trooper though! He ended up throwing up in the night. Good thing he's such a tough guy!

Thanks for coming camping everyone! As much as I dislike camping, I hope we can do it again sometime! Haha.


We spent the day of the 24th with my family. We're really good at just kickin it :) I love love love sitting outside in the grass in the summer and just relaxing. We played with kids, played a few games, and the boys played a little "friendly family" basketball ;)

Then of course we capped off the evening with sparklers! The kids were all so cute. I took some video, but I don't know how to load them on here. It never works (Heather, HELP!)
