Back to the trip!
Yes, my birthday was August 26th. 6 months ago. But I HAD to blog about this birthday, because it was one of the best ever! I got to spend my Birthday in Germany. Awesome! First of all, to make the day great, since we had gotten back from Venice so late the night before, and since it was my birthday, we got to sleep in :) When I woke up, I was so excited to see this right outside our door!

I love balloons! Notice the sign on the far door. Each of my cute cute cute nephews and niece made a sign that said "Happy Birthday Tara" in a different language. I have the best family ever! The sign in this picture is Porters :) That boy is a crack up!
This is Sawyers! He drew someone crying although I can't remember why, except that it was really funny. That cute kid!
And this was from Briggs. He drew the flags of all the countries they have been to, and he knew what each one was! He is one smart cookie!
After breakfast, we loaded all the balloons into the living room and played around. This is little Hayes. Too cute!
What better way to spend your birthday than bowling?! We opted for more of a relaxed day on my birthday. We went and got Doner Kebabs again, bowled, and headed back to the house for a DELICIOUS dinner and good old fashioned birthday party!

I got to use the "you are special today" plate. These guys really did make me feel so special and loved the whole day. I loved being there with them so so so much!
Mmmm... Delicious dinner of fettuccine alfredo and ribs! And the amazing people behind it all! Love you so much Candice and Tyler! Thank you, thank you, thank you again!
Even after all they had already done for us throughout our trip, they still got me a present. I know I keep saying this, but I really do have the most wonderful family in the world!
This cute boy :) One night when we were sitting down to eat, Tyler asked Sawyer to say the prayer. I had previously been telling him that I really wanted to take him home with me! In his prayer he said this... "And please bless that Pig and Tara can take me to their house...." and then in a whisper to himself, "that would be so awesome!" Haha! I could not contain myself! I really wish I could bring them ALL home with me!

Not only would it be cool to have a birthday in Germany, but it sounds like yours was totally awesome! What an amazing family you have!
